1. The Parkwice Privacy Guarantee

• No Phone Numbers: We do not ask for, collect, or route calls using your personal phone number.
• No Email Sharing: Your email address is strictly for account authentication. It is never shown to other users.
• No Name Sharing: When someone contacts you, they only see your license plate number. Your personal name remains hidden.
• No Audio Recording: All calls are peer-to-peer encrypted. We do not record, monitor, or store your voice conversations.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the bare minimum amount of information necessary:

Account Information

When you sign in using Google Authentication, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture. This is used solely to securely create and maintain your Parkwice account.

Vehicle Information

We collect the license plate numbers you voluntarily register within the app. This allows our system to route incoming alerts to your specific device when another user searches for your plate.

Device & Technical Information

To ensure your phone rings even when the app is closed, we securely store device push notification tokens (such as Apple Push Notification tokens and Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens). We also collect basic crash reports and diagnostic data to improve app stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following operational purposes:

• To route encrypted internet voice calls between the sender and the receiver.
• To send critical push notifications to your device when your vehicle is involved in an alert.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to vehicles you own.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We will only disclose your information in the following rare circumstances:

• Legal Compliance: If required to do so by law, or in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or search warrant from law enforcement.
• Safety: If we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent physical harm, investigate severe platform abuse, or protect the rights and safety of Parkwice and its users.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communication between your app and our servers is secured using SSL/TLS encryption. Voice calls utilize advanced encrypted internet routing protocols, meaning the audio data is indecipherable to anyone trying to intercept it, including Parkwice staff.

6. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You have total control over your data. At any time, you can:

• Delete a Vehicle: Removing a license plate from your dashboard instantly severs the connection; you will no longer receive calls for that vehicle.
• Delete Your Account: You can permanently delete your account through the app settings. This instantly erases your profile, tokens, and associated vehicles from our active databases.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make significant material changes, we will notify you via an in-app alert or via the email address associated with your account.
